A church built on the estate of Elmdon Hall in 1780, now within Elmdon Park in Solihull. The old medieval church was demolished at the time. The church was built to the designs of John Standbridge of Warwick. Was altered in 1864 and restored in 1880. Later extended in 1979. It is a Grade II listed building.

Designed by John Standbridge of Warwick, it was buitl from 1780 to 1781.

It was altered in 1979 with a new nave to the south.

The Church of St Nicholas is hidden in a dense woodland, that is now part of Elmdon Park.

The tower base serves as a small lobby, the roof is either dated 1781 or a 19th century renewal.

There is momuments at Elmdon for Isaac Spooner from 1816, also Abraham Spooner (died 1788).

The church within parkland north of Solihull was originally part of the manor of Elmdon.

The estate was bought in 1760 by Abraham Spooner (1690-1788) a Birmingham banker.

Spooner began building his Neoclassical Elmdon Hall in 1780, completed in 1795 by his son Isaac Spooner (1736-1816).
The medieval church was rebuilt for Abraham Spooner on the old site in 1781.

After a long decline, the hall was demolished in 1956 and it's grounds became a public park.
