A timber-framed house built in 1571.

It was restored in 1845 and again in 1924.

The building has two stories with a tile roof.

A carriageway on the left is now blocked.

It has been a Grade II listed building since 1976.

It was retained when the Touchwood shopping centre was built from 1999 to 2001.

In the mid to late 2000s, into the early 2010s, there was a shop here called East. Joules was here from the mid 2010s until the end of 2022, the unit is now vacant.
