A timber-framed house built in 1571.

It was restored in 1845 and again in 1924.

The building has two stories with a tile roof.

A carriageway on the left is now blocked.

It has been a Grade II listed building since 1976.

It was retained when the Touchwood shopping centre was built from 1999 to 2001.

In the mid to late 2000s, into the early 2010s, there was a shop here called East. Since the mid 2010s to present it is now a shop called Joules.
